Strategic Land Use Projects
The Town of Osoyoos is updating its Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw. DCCs are collected from new development to help fund new or expanded water, sewer, drainage, parks and road infrastructure needed to support growth.
The Town will be initiating a review of the Campground Commercial (CT2) Zone. The intent of this review will be to assess all existing properties currently zoned CT2 in order to determine if a more appropriate zoning is required.
The Town of Osoyoos is submitting an application to the ALC to exclude 178.11 ha of lands within 69 parcels from the Agricultural Land Reserve.
