The deadline for property taxes is July 2, 2026. A 10% penalty will be applied to any unpaid taxes after the deadline, including unclaimed homeowner grants. Postmarks are not accepted as proof of payment date.
Property tax statements are mailed annually by the end of May. If you do not receive the tax statement by mid-June, please contact 250-495-6515 or finance1@osoyoos.ca. Property taxes are due the first business day in July. This year, they are due July 2, 2026 by 4:00 pm.
Access your property tax account anytime through our Online Services. You can view your property tax information and sign up for e-billing.
When you choose e-billing, your property tax notice will be delivered electronically and you will no longer receive a paper copy by mail.

- myLTSA Enterprise: If you have an account, log in and from the main menu, select Service Providers and Order Tax Certificates. For more information about myLTSA or to become a customer, visit www.ltsa.ca.
- APIC: If you prefer to pay for the tax certificate by credit card, please visit www.apicanada.com to open an account and order your Tax Certificate.
