Overview
The Town of Osoyoos is undertaking a review of its mobile vendor regulation in order to ensure consistency with Zoning Bylaw No. 1395, 2024, as well as the recently adopted Business Bylaw No. 1400, 2025.
Background
The current "Street Food Vendor Selection and Approval Process" (PLA-016 - 2021) was adopted by Council in 2021.
It is considered "best practice" to review and update formal Council Policies anytime a major regulatory bylaw review, like a zoning bylaw or business licence bylaw has been completed.
Updating applicable Policies ensures that references to bylaw regulations are current.
